Our Services

  • SSPL provide a full range of Crewing and Manning services including: Consultancy services for ship crew management and related issues.
  • Advertisement, selection, recruitment, and management of the crew including Negotiation of wages.
  • Preparation of crew for joining ships including requisite visas, passports, PPE’s, and official documents.
  • Undertake crew medical tests and ensure compliance of the Ship-owners Alcohol and Drug Abuse Policy.
  • Facilitate signing of employment contracts.
  • Arrange appropriate training and certification for the crew as per STCW, flag state, and ship Owner requirement.
  • Arrange for in-house familiarization briefing as per ISM Code and principals’ requirements.
  • Maintain an active data bank of qualified Master Mariners, Chief Engineers & shipping professional on behalf of the principal.
  • Comply with Indian Maritime and Labor laws Undertake negotiations with Trade Unions.
  • Facilitate joining and travelling arrangements for the crew and arrange flights and hotel accommodation.
  • Arrange for crew insurance and assist with ITF/ IBF coverage Organize Ship delivery & re-flagging.
  • Maintain an active data bank of qualified Indian Officer & Crew.
